This park offers a very pleasant, modern campground on the banks of a picturesque reservoir. The reservoir is a popular place to boat, fish and engage in water sports.

Location
Located about 2 miles northeast of the town of Huntington, along Hwy 10. Approximately 140 miles southeast of Salt Lake City.

Description
This small reservoir and campground offer a quiet quiet desert oasis. Popular with locals, the reservoir's waters are warm during summer and are ideal for boating, fishing and other water sports. Anglers fish for largemough bass, trout, bluegill and catfish. Huntington is a great weekend destination or a perfect picnic spot.

The Cleveland-Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry is located nearby.

Camping
The main campground offers 22 campsites, including back-in and pull-through sites that can handle RVs up to 45 feet. There is a sewage dump station. Hookups are not available.

Regular camping facilities are closed October 15 through April 15. Camping is allowed in the day-use parking areas during winter.
